Finding Your Way After Loss

When we lose someone we love, we enter a period of deep adjustment.

We’re faced with the painful task of learning how to live without them, while still holding onto the meaningful connection we shared. We wake up in the morning wondering if it really happened. We instinctively reach for the phone to call them in the middle of the day, only to be hit again by the reality of their absence.

The pain can feel ever-present—an ache we carry with us through each moment. While we feel frozen in our grief, the world continues on around us. We wear a brave face during the day and hide our tears at night. We wonder how long the pain will last. And deep down, we know: life will never be the same.

Grieving is a profoundly personal and often overwhelming journey. But you don’t have to walk it alone. I’m here to support you as you find your way through the sorrow, and begin to adjust to a new reality shaped by your loss. I am a grief counselor in training, deeply committed to walking alongside individuals and couples navigating grief or anticipatory loss—with compassion, presence, and care.
