I work with women who look like they’re crushing it but feel like they’re barely hanging on. I use EMDR, parts work, and a whole lot of honesty to help you stop performing and start feeling like yourself again.
And here’s the truth: I get it because I live it, too. This pressure to be everything, hold it all together, never ask for help? It doesn’t vanish overnight. It comes and goes — and the work is learning how to meet yourself with compassion when it shows up again.
