Helping You Show Up Fully—In Every Role

The problem you see is just the tip of the iceberg—we’ll explore the patterns beneath it, often rooted in the past, so you can move forward with clarity.

Is This You?

You might be a student, young adult or someone navigating a big life transition.

On the surface, it looks like stress, a sense of being stuck, or tension in your relationships. But deep down, it feels heavier—like you’re caught in a cycle you can’t break out of.

Maybe you:

  • Feel immense pressure and aren’t sure how to handle it.

  • Notice repeating patterns in relationships, work, or day-to-day life and don’t know why.

  • Struggle with unexplained symptoms—mental, emotional, or even physical—that seem connected to stress or past experiences.

  • Worry you’re “not enough” for others… or fear you’re “too much.”

  • Sense that something from the past is shaping how you show up today, even if you can’t quite put your finger on it.

If this sounds familiar—and if you’re open, curious and motivated to create change—you’re in the right place.

What We’ll Do Together

The challenges you’re facing—whether in relationships, within yourself, or in day-to-day life—are rarely random. They’re often rooted in patterns shaped long ago, patterns you may not even be fully conscious of.

In our work together, we’ll get curious about what’s underneath, so you can show up with more confidence, peace, and authenticity in both life and performance.

About Me

I’m a therapist and mental performance consultant with a background as a college coach. I love working with people in transitional seasons of life—whether that’s college students, young professionals, or anyone ready to dig deeper and make meaningful change.

My approach blends practical performance tools with deeper insight-oriented work, looking at the patterns, relationships, and early experiences that continue to shape how you show up today.

What that means for you: I’ll hold space for both the problem you’re facing right now and the story beneath it. My goal isn’t perfection, it’s helping you develop awareness, confidence, and self-understanding to create lasting change in your relationships, your work and your day-to-day life.

Next Steps

If this resonates with you, the first step is simple: reach out.

We’ll schedule a consultation where you can share what’s been going on, ask questions and see if this feels like the right fit. From there, we’ll create a plan for our work together—one that helps you uncover what’s underneath and move forward with clarity and confidence.
