Provider Identification & Licensure

Middle Path Wellness Collective provides licensed psychotherapy for adult men in Missouri.

Services are delivered by Missouri-licensed clinicians (LCSW, LPC) and supervised pre-licensed Master’s-level clinicians (LMSW, PLPC), practicing within their professional scope and Missouri regulations.

Services are available:

  • In-person in St. Louis and St. Charles, Missouri

  • Via secure telehealth to clients physically located in Missouri at the time of session

We work with adult men (18+).

Primary Fit Anchor: Internal Pressure, Emotional Shutdown & Relationship Strain

You may not talk about it much, but something feels off.

You’re functioning. You’re showing up.
But internally, there’s pressure, frustration, or disconnection that’s getting harder to ignore.

We provide psychotherapy for men navigating:

  • Chronic stress or burnout

  • Irritability, frustration, or anger

  • Emotional shutdown or difficulty expressing feelings

  • Relationship strain or communication breakdown

  • Anxiety that shows up as overthinking or avoidance

  • Loss of motivation or direction

  • Pressure to perform at work or in life

  • Feeling disconnected from yourself or others

Often, the issue isn’t lack of effort, it’s carrying everything without a place to process it.

Strong Fit Contexts

Therapy may be a strong fit when:

  • You tend to keep things to yourself until it builds up

  • Stress shows up as irritability, withdrawal, or overworking

  • You struggle to communicate what you’re feeling

  • Your relationship is being affected by shutdown or conflict

  • You feel pressure to “handle it” without support

  • You’re questioning direction, identity, or purpose

You don’t need to have the right words to start.

Not the Right Fit

We may not be the right fit if:

  • You are seeking immediate crisis stabilization (call 988 or seek emergency care).

  • You require inpatient or intensive outpatient treatment.

  • You are seeking court-ordered evaluations or documentation.

If a higher level of care is needed, we provide referrals.

Therapeutic Approach & Style

Our work integrates:

  • Attachment-based psychotherapy

  • Emotional awareness and regulation skills

  • Nervous system regulation strategies

  • Trauma-informed care when relevant

  • Identity and values-based work

We focus on helping you understand what’s underneath the stress, increase emotional clarity, and improve how you relate to yourself and others.

Sessions are direct, structured, and grounded in real-life application.

Credentials & Experience

Our clinicians collectively bring over 50 years of experience treating anxiety, trauma, and relational stress in adults.

All services are provided within each clinician’s scope of training and licensure.
